How to assign Coaches to activities If you have new Coaches to add to your system you can do it manually (one by one) or batch import them through an excel or CSV file. (please contact us if you need more info about this step!) You can Copy Coach Assignments by batch in a single click (through our Options & Set Up tab) and you can always add new teams, here's how: - From your Control Panel click Edit next to your Coaches module- Look for the Coach in the drop down on top. - Next to Coaching History, click on Add New (Make sure your pop ups are enabled) - A pop up will emerge, where you can add the team, and make notes re: Coaches Eligibility - Save your changes.  |
