Transfer Management System Start-Up Guide

rSchool is pleased to present the customized Transfer Management System (TMS) to RIIL, designed to match the RIIL's specific Request and Approval process. The TMS makes the whole process a breeze. The system is a Transfer Request Form that gets routed electronically to all the right people in the review and approval chain. Everyone gets notified (by email) when the next step is needed, and every dashboard provides a real-time audit trail and history of all transfers involving their School. Here is the information flow:
Receiving School = Student’s new School Sending School = Student’s previous School
Parents do not need to create an account since the School Administrator will let them know when the transfer process begins.
Note: Each type of transfer has its approval routing, including the League President if needed.

Login Page of the TMS Program: After logging in, you can find everything you need on this screen. Your School's Transfers Dashboard gives you complete detail of all pending and completed transfers, including those where your School was the student's previous one. You can view Transfers by Year, Name, Date Range, or Status.
The Athletic Directors of the Receiving School can complete and submit forms for the transfer process. Click the Start a Transfer button to initiate and complete a transfer request.
Note: Some transfer types can be customized depending on their nature.
After your School approves the transfer and submits the form to the Sending School, TMS updates the status in the dashboard with a ¨Waiting Sending School's Approval¨ text.
The Sending School receives this email:
In the Sending School’s TMS dashboard, the ADs will find the transfer request form submitted by the Receiving School.
Review the form and answer the questions regarding the Transfer.
After the Sending School reviews and approves the transfer form, the Receiving School gets this email:
Then, the Receiving School’s TMS updates the status to “Approved by Sending School”:
After you forward the Transfer Request to the League President for approval, TMS updates the status to "Pending State Approval." The Sending School TMS dashboard also shows the same status.
The League President can check the Transfer Request (to approve or deny) on the State’s TMS dashboard.
The League President reviews the form and decides to approve or deny it.
When approved, an email is sent to the Receiving School’s AD to notify them about the approval.
