In this Start-Up guide, you will find how to:

• Log in as an Administrator
• Manage Coaches’ Eligibility requirements
• Sync to Activity Scheduler and NFHS

To reach the platform, input https://chsaareports.com and click on the Coaches Certification icon; or you can type https://chsaacoachesregistration.rschooltoday.com on your navigation bar for direct access.

By clicking Admin Login, you will be redirected to this window:

ADs can choose to display Coaches with complete certifications or incomplete ones. They can also export the information, upload certifications, and set up automated notifications.

Hover the mouse over the Coach’s name if you want to sync their account to the Activity Scheduler or NFHS:

A green check mark indicates that the Coach is certified for this course, while a red (X) means they have not complied yet.

Note: Dates for CPR, Suicide & Mental Health Course and Concussion Course certificates can be entered manually. The Attach File button is available after dates are entered.
