There is no need for Parents to create an account since the school Administrator will let them know when the transfer process begins.
Note: Each type of transfer has its own approval routing, that includes the League President if needed.

The program can be accessed through https://chsaareports.com by clicking on the Transfer Waivers icon, or you can input https://chsaa.transfers.rschooltoday.com on your navigation bar for direct access.

After Logging in, everything you need is on this screen. Your school’s Transfers Dashboard gives you complete detail of all pending and completed transfers, including those where your school was the student’s previous one. You can view Transfers by Year, Name, Date Range, or Status.

ADs are now allowed to complete and submit forms for the transfer process. To initiate and complete a transfer request, click on the Start a Transfer button.

Note: Each transfer type has a different approval flow; the program has been designed to follow what the State has approved.

TMS updates the status and waits for the Sending School’s Approval.

The Sending School will receive this email:

In the Sending school’s TMS dashboard, the ADs will find the transfer request form submitted by the Receiving school.

After the Sending school reviews and approves the transfer form, the Receiving School receives this email:

Then, the Receiving School’s TMS updates the status to “Returned from Sending School”:

After clicking the Submit button, the transfer request form is forwarded to the League President for approval. TMS then updates the status to “Pending State Approval”.
