Coaches can now compile their completed certificates through the Rhode Island Interscholastic League (RIIL) Coaches Certification Platform. This Start-Up guide will help them navigate the program and learn how to add dates, upload files, and complete the Rules Compliance Form Online.
To get started, go to https://riilcoachescertification.rschooltoday.com and log in with your email address and password (A temporary password is emailed to you when the Administrator adds you to the Activity Scheduler’s Coaches Directory).
After logging in, the system redirects you to the Sports tab, where your list of assigned Sports and Activities is displayed. You may begin adding the dates of your completed certificates and upload the files.
Scrolling to the right displays the remaining certificates that are pre-defined by RIIL:
This message appears on the screen after saving when required certificates are missing.
In the Rules Compliance tab, click the “Play” button to start completing the form.
Note: There are six forms to complete. On the last one, click the Finish button to save and stamp a date on the “Rules Compliance Form Online” certificate column (in the Sports tab).

Note: The information added in all tabs (Sports, Rules Compliance, and Account Details) reflects in real time to the Coach’s profile in the Activity Scheduler’s Coaches Directory.
