Click View/Edit under Contract to get a pop-up window with the selected contract:
1. Your School Name and Address. If there are links here, this means that there is information about your school missing and you won't be able to finish the process and will get a prompt to finish filling this information out. (e.g. 'Click here to add school fax.') Click any of these links to go to the Setup form. (1)
2. Enter any other conditions here. (2)
3. Enter the forfeiture price for the game. (3)
4. This field allows you to enter the event fee. (4)
5. Optional - If you haven't already done so, you can click here to upload a graphic picture of your signature to show up on all contracts (5). This is best done by getting help from someone at your school who knows a little about graphics. It is a simple matter of signing your name on a piece of paper and then scanning it into a computer and saving the image as a .jpg or .gif file type using a simple graphic program.
6. Click 'Print' to only print the contract. (6)
7. Click 'Save & Email This' to save the contract and to email it to the opponent school.(7)
8. Click the 'Save & Print for Mailing' to save the contract and to print it, if you prefer to send the contract via snail mail.(8)
9. Click the 'Save & Exit' button just to save the contract without sending it to the other school yet.(9)
10. Click the 'Exit' button to close this window without saving. (10)
11. Click the 'Email This to Others' button if you wish to email this contract off to coaches to see if they are interested in playing this game before you send it back to the other AD.
NOTE: If the opponent school is not yet set up with the needed info (name, email address and pin # for that person), to send the contracts electronically (1), you will get the following pop-up screen:
Click 'OK' (2), then Click to the links (3 & 4) to add the necessary information.
