View/Edit Opponent School Details
Opponent School Details - Here is the same information that you view/edit in 'Non-Conference Preferences: Schools' area or 'Set-Up>Non-Conference'. (See Non-Conference Preferences and Non-Conference Set-Ups).
This contains the name, email address and pin # for the person who is responsible for signing game contracts. Enter/edit the required information to send the contracts electronically and fill in any other fields, if desired (except for the school name).
1. Click the 'Save and Exit' button to complete your entry.(1)
2. Click the 'Exit' button to close the pop-up window without saving.(2)
Notes about PIN numbers:
Your one PIN number is used to sign contracts for ALL schools who are using the rSchoolToday Activity Scheduler.
If a school is not using the Scheduler yet, you can still send them contracts by assigning them a PIN number from your screen. This will send them an email notification of their PIN number.
If someone else has already set them up with a PIN, it will show in your screen as already filled in so there is no need to set them up.
