This is a one-time set up for your school so that the program can place the correct information into the contracts for you. 

 

1. From the Admin Screen, Edit (1) your Set up button at the bottom of the screen:


2. Edit Contracts Set-up Info.

 

 

 A pop- up window will appear;

 

Info Needed for Game Contracts - You are required to enter name or the title of person, email address, PIN # and can optionally upload a graphic of the signature here.

 

1. The fields 'Address', 'City', 'State' and 'Zip' contain the same data, as these fields in the 'School General Info' area  Any changes here influence the 'School General Info' data.

 

2. If the Last Name isn't entered, this will be prefilled with the Athletic Director's name from the School General Info. It can be overwritten anytime in case the AD is not the one who signs contracts.

 

3. If the 'Phone' and 'Fax' fields aren't filled, this information will be prefilled from the School General Info, but you can enter your own data anytime.

 

4. Click the 'Browse' button to upload the graphic of your signature.(optional)

 

5. Click the 'Save & Exit' button to complete your entry.

 

6. Click the 'Exit' button to close the window without saving.
