Once you've clicked View/Edit Contract (see Officials Contracts Tab), you will arrive at this screen. This is the actual contract the official will receive.

1. Here you can change the default fee (you set up this fee from the Set Up Tab - see Set Up Tab) that you will pay the official.

2. Here you can add the mileage, if necessary. NOTE: After adding it, hit the Enter key and the total amount will automatically change.

3. Here you can add other conditions that may apply.

4. The information that appears here is the same you have set up for your game contracts. (See Other Set-Ups-Contracts Set-up Info)

5. Click here if you need to furnish a crew of officials with their info.

6. Click here to print your contract without sending it.

7. Click here to save and e-mail your contract.

8. Click here to save and print your contract if you wish to send it by fax or snail mail.

9. Save and Exit. (Back takes you to the previous screen without saving your changes).
