Game Workers Queue
This is your Conference and Non-Conference Events and Workers queue. Here is where you will be able to assign workers to your events.
Choose a Season and Choose an Activity from the dropdown menus you want to assign workers to. Check off the Show Away Games too if you want to include the events your school is a participant but are hosted by other schools. After selecting activity and season, list of events will then automatically show.
1. First column shows the events and locations.
2. Home/Away column will only appear if you check off Show Away Games too. If you want the events hosted by your school (Home events) to appear on top of the list, simply click Home, and vice versa.
3. Date column shows the dates of events. You can click on Date to arrange the events in chronological order (Note: This is only applicable if Show Away Games too is checked off.)
4. Under Choose Workers column, you can add workers to an event by clicking Select. Clicking the worker's name will let you edit the worker's profile by redirecting you to the Workers Directory: Edit page.
5. Clicking Edit under Edit Payments will let you make changes to the workers' payments. A window will pop up where you can make changes to the payments.
6. The figures will automatically display on Total Pay column once you had selected workers.
7. You can enter manually the dates of payments made under the Paid column. Then click on Save to save changes.
