Student Eligibility and Information module is designed to make the process of tracking and reporting on student activities very simple and efficient, and even printing awards.  

Which are the activities you can track from the Student Eligibility & Information area?

- Any activities you enter in the Conference and Non-Conference area (sport/gender/level), such as 'Basketball Girls Varsity' or 'Football JV' (Football N/A JV). Please see the rest of the tutorial to learn how to add an activity to Student Eligibility & Information.

- Activities that you enter in the School Only area: only those that you want to include in student tracking for eligibility and awards. So here you can include events like 'School Play' or 'Math Team' but not 'PTA Meeting' for instance. Please check School Only Set-Ups > Add/Edit Activity for more information.

Following are the basic things that you can do with Student Eligibility & Information module:  

1. Letting you define what constitutes eligibility for your school.

2. Showing the whole student record on one screen.   

3. You define what information your student information screen shows and hides.

4. Moving eligibility and ineligibility infractions into the same screen and defining eligibility just once per school year.

5. Ineligibility infractions can toggle a letter home to parents at your choice.   

6. Sign Up students for an activity without defining level ‧ that can be defined when creating rosters.   

7. Add Trainer's Notes for any student for injury reports/other info, etc.
