To set up the Student Eligibility & Information module for your preferences, click on Options & Set-Up tab.


Set Default Views in the Student Info Screen : This lets you customize which information you want to show and in what order you want this information to show up on your screen.  

 

Define Eligibility: This lets you define the data that constitutes eligibility for your school.

 

Set Default Activity Fees : Here is where you set up your Activity Fees.  Now, you can set up a fee for Basketball,  No Level in case you don' t know what level the student will be at when signing them up for the activity.

 

Create or Edit Awards : This lets you create and edit any number of Custom Awards that can be assigned to students and batch printed ones using either preprinted templates or blank paper.

 

Set Up Award Defaults : This lets you set up whether students get a participation award by default when signed up for an activity or if you want to manually give out participation awards.

 

Set Up Violation Types : This is where you set up your ineligibility infractions.

 

Set Up Penalties for Violations : This lets you set up the penalties for ineligibility infractions.

 

Set Up Default Ineligibility Letter to Parents : This lets you create the default letter that can be emailed or mailed to parents regarding the ineligibility infractions.

 

Move Students Up a Grade: This lets you move students up one grade at the end of each school year.

 

Batch Import Students Into the Database : This lets you import students from your Student Management System.  Any database file will do, either Excel or a comma-separated-value (CSV) file.
