To choose what data constitutes eligibility for your school, edit Define Eligibility.

1. Check off the items to define what you require for eligibility. 

2. Except for Physical is Current and Fees Paid, you can rename the other eligibility forms that show up in your Student Information screen. It is assumed that Fees paid and Physical is Current are required for eligibility. If you if you delete the other form names and then Save Changes, they will NOT show up in the Main Student Info Screen.  By letting you display a form but not require it for eligibility, this also lets you track other optional information that might be needed. 

3. Click on Save Changes.

If you pull up an Eligible List report, students who were not able to pass the requirements will not be included.
