You can set up a letter that can be printedt or emailed to parents about their children's ineligibility. To do this, edit Set Up Default Ineligibility Letter to Parents. A window will pop up containing a default template of ineligibility letter.
You can edit and add changes to the default letter. Please take care not to overwrite the areas in parentheses as these will merge the correct information from the Activity Scheduler database. After making your changes, click onSave.
