This enables you to batch move all your students up a grade instead of having to edit one by one each student record. To do this, edit Move Students Up a Grade.

On the following page, you will see a list of all the students with their current grade, and what will be their grade level after this process. Please note that this process is undoable as it should only be used once a year.

Click on Move ALL Students Up a Grade if you wish to continue with the process.
