School Only or Non-competition activities -- like Girl Scout, Drama Club, Math Team, Student Council, etc -- can also be tracked in the Student tab. You can list them under Activity History and also generate awards for these activities. To add them to the activity options, you can go either to Set-Up or to School Only > Set-Up Preferences.
Edit Activity under School Only Set-Ups.
If there are activities listed in the School Only listings – Activity that you would like to include for tracking in the Students Info & Eligibility area, simply edit it. Or, if you want to add an activity, click on the Add Activity button. A new window will open.
Check off Include this activity in student tracking for eligibility and awards option in the pop-up window. Then, save. This will then be added to the activities list in Students Info & Eligibility area.
After that, In the Students Eligibility & Info area, you can go to the Student tab and then click on Add New next to Activity History. A new window will open.
You will now see that Girl Scoutis added as an option for Activity
