You will find here different student information.

  1. Basic Student Info
  2. Eligibility Info --  this contains information that lets you know if the student has the requirements to be eligible to play.
  3. Activity History --  this contains a record of the activities that the student participated in.
  4. Award History -- this contains a record of the awards given to the student.
  5. Parent Contact Info -- this contains the student’s parent contact information.
  6. Trainer’s Notes -- here you can add some important notes about the students from the trainers.
  7. Medical Info -- you can find here information about the student’s doctor, medical problems (if there is any), etc. 

 

 

 

1. To set a student as ineligible, just toggle this button from Eligible to Ineligible.  This will pop up the ineligibility screen and let you choose which infraction and which penalty he has committed, and also allow you to send a letter home to parents.

 

2. Click on Clearance Card to print one. This is a card that can be printed for kids to hand over to the coaches on the first day of practice to signify that they are eligible and cleared form the Activities office.

 

3. Click on Mailing Label to print a mailing label for the student you are viewing.

 

4.  To add information or to make changes to Basic Student Info, click on Edit.

 

5. Click on Add/View history to add a new Year of eligibility information for any student. This will also let you view their whole eligibility history, including all ineligibility infractions, penalties, notes, etc.  NOTE: When you add an infraction and the select start and end date, once the end date passes, the student will automatically be toggled as eligible again.  If you do not enter an end date, you choose when to make them eligible again by manually toggling them as eligible (see #1 above).

 

6. Clicking on Edit here will let you edit any existing Eligibility history.

 

 


 

 

7. Click on Add New to add a new Activity to the history for this student.  This

signs the student up for the activity. A Participation award will automatically be added to the Award History for every activity added.

 

8. Clicking on Edit here will let you edit or delete any existing activity record.

 

9. Click on Add New to add a new award type to the history for this student. 

 

10. Clicking on Edit here will let you edit or delete any existing award record.

 

11. Trainer’s notes will let you add any number of notes about students. Each is date-stamped with when you added it.  Clicking on Edit lets you add new notes or edit existing notes.

 

 


 

 

12. To add/edit Medical Info, click on Edit.

 

13. To add/edit Parent Contact Info, click on Edit.

 

 


 

 

For any Info fields that you have chosen to hide by default (see Setting Up Default Views in Student Info Screen), there will be a link called Show. Clicking on this link will  this area to show the details within it. Clicking on Hide will collapse it again.
