The Student Eligibility & Information database is integrated with Rosters. This makes creating roster easier since there is no need of entering student information every time you enlist him/her in different activities. 

 

1. You can see a dropdown menu on top of the left box.

 

a. Registered for this Activity: This is the default. This will display on the left box all the names of the students who are registered for this activity in Student Eligibility & Information.

 

b. All students: Click this to display all the students entered in Student Eligibility & Information database.

 

 2. On the upper right side of the screen is 'Change activity' dropdown menu. Select new activity from the dropdown menu if you want to create a roster for another activity instead.

 

 

 

 

2. Adding names to the roster.

 

a. Select the name(s) to be included in the roster.

 

Tip: You can select multiple names by holding the Shift key+click to highlight a consecutive series of names. Or, you can select multiple names which are not successive by holding down Ctrl key then click on the names.

 

b. Clicking on the Add, will transfer the name(s) you selected to the other box (right side).  The names on the right box make up the roster for this activity.

 

c. If you want to add some new students which cannot be found in both Registered for this Activity and All students, click on + symbol or click on Add Additional Students. A window will pop up where you will fill out different fields regarding the student's information - all fields are optional except for the name. Note: The name will be automatically added to the Registered for this Activity box and also to the Student Eligibility & Information database.

 


3. To remove name(s) from the right box/roster,

 

a. select the name(s);

 

b. Then click << Remove.

 

 

 

4. a. Exit without saving: Click Exit without saving to return to the rosters queue without saving the entry.

 

b.  Back: Click  Back to return to the previous page.

 

c. Continue: Click Continue to proceed.

 


7. After clicking 'Continue,' you can fill out the empty fields with correct information on the following page. All fields (Number, Position, Height, Grade) are optional except for Name.

 

8. Sort lines according to Number: Click this if you want to arrange your roster in descending order according to their number.

 

9. Delete Roster: Click this to clear all the fields.

 

10. Exit without saving: Click Exit without saving to return to the rosters queue without saving the entry.

 

11. Back: Click << Back to return to the previous page.

 

 

12. Save & Exit: Click this to save the entries and return to the Roster Queue.

 

13. Save & Continue : Click this to save the entries and proceed to the Additional Personnel page (see Other Features > Rosters > Additional Personnel).
