Preview and Email the Roster

 

1. Click Preview on rosters queue page. A new window showing the roster will pop up.

 



On the upper right side of the new screen is, you will see, Roster Viewing Options. These viewing options let you select any number of levels, the other team, and some other formatting options before printing/emailing or simply for your viewing purposes.

 

2. To modify your roster view page, click Roster Viewing Options.

 

 

 

 

3. You can see viewing options for your roster in the next page.

 

a. Show: Click on the levels you want to be displayed.

 

b. Format: Selecting One Team - Full Page will only display one team which is your team. Selecting Two Teams - Two columns will display two teams. The second team will be from the school you selected from the dropdown menu. This enables you to compare two teams.

 

c. Font Size: You can choose for the rosters to show as 8 point font and 10 point font. The larger font is the default. Smaller fonts are better for large teams or multiple levels on one page.

 

d. For your printing options, you can select between Print all levels on one page or Separate pages per level.

 

e. Roster Division: Selecting Squads Separated will categorize the players according to the different levels you tick under Show. Selecting Combine All Players Together will display all the players of all levels you tick under Show without categorizing them.

 

f. Tick Show Coaches, Cheerleaders, Administrators, etc. if they were added to this roster if you want to display them on the roster.

 

g. Show lines between players: Tick Yes if you want the roster to have lines in between players, and No if not.

 

h. You can also choose to show names as ''last name, first name'' or ''first name, last name''. This only applies if you don't add uniform numbers (then it will sort by number).

 

i. After setting the option fields, click Generate Roster to view your modified roster.

 

 

4. You can print or email the generated roster.

 

a. Click Close to close the window.

 

b. Click Print to print this page.

 

c. Click Email this to send an email containing the roster as attachment and a link to the roster. 

 

 

 

 

5. By clicking Email this, a new window will pop up asking for the details of your email.

 

a. Enter your correct email address on From: field, and enter the correct email address of the recipient on To: field.

 

b. Enter your comments/message inside the Comments box (optional).

 

c. Choose the type of file you want your attachment to be - Attach an Excel file or Attach a CSV (generic data) file.

 

d. Click Email this to proceed on sending the email.

 

e. Click Back to close the window without sending the email.

 

 

6. After clicking Email this, a new page then will display a message about the status of the email you sent. Click Close to close the window.
