NEW! We have located the former Aliases tab (now Coop Teams) in Set-Up for easier access. Now Coop teams can show up as a school to be subscribed to for Non-Conference and that allows game contracts to be generated.
In order to edit/add Coop Teams, go to Set-Up and edit Coop Teams.
Add/Edit Coop Teams
Here, you may Add a New Coop (1) or Edit (2) an existing Coop. To delete a coop, check off the box across it and click Delete Selected.
To Add a New Coop:
1. Type the name of your new Coop Team here.
2. Select the schools from your conference that belong to this Coop
3. Add or type in the schools outside the conference here.
4. Continue
5. Save and Exit if you want to go back to the previous page and save all the information entered.
6. Click the Back button if you want to exit without saving anything.
When you click continue...
Choose an AD from the pulldown menu (1) or Add a new person (3) by filling in the spaces with the AD's information.You can click on the link to see ADs from all conferences or from this conference only(2).Click Save & Exit (5) to save all the necessary information or the Back button (6) takes you to the previous screen without saving the information.
NOTE: You can also send an e-mail to this AD to send him/her his pin number
