You may View on any Agenda or Minutes  to see this info.

You can click at the bottom to download the schedule of meetings to your Palm Pilot (any PDA that uses Palm OS) or Outlook .

At the end of the year (June 15), the previous year's schedules move automatically to the Archives and can be instantly retrieved for viewing .
