You can access your School Calendar on your conference website, by going to Member Schools tab. You will usual find your school calendar under School Calendar (the header title may vary from conference to conference) category. Click on your school's name then to access your school calendar. A new window will open containing your school calendar.
On the Admin area, you can access your School Calendar by clicking Click Here located at the upper left side of the Admin area, or by clicking Preview, under Public View, of Calendar button. The school calendar will open in a new window.
1. To view events by Category, You can choose a category from the View by Type dropdown menu. The calendar will then only display activities under your chosen category. (See Other Features > Categories.)
2. To subscribe to Notify Me (automatic email notifications), click on Notify Me. Then fill out the following pages with the necessary information. See Other Features > Notify Me - email notifications.
3. To create more specific viewing and also reports, click on Go to Advanced View. You will be redirected then to School Calendar - Advanced View page. Your School Calendar contains school only events, and Conference and Non-Conference events that your school is part of.
4. Aside for some added options, the process in using the School Calendar - Advanced View is similar to Conference Calendar - Advanced View. See Calendar - Public View > Conference Calendar - Advanced View.
5. After setting Activity (or activities), Gender, Level, Event Type, School, Location, or any combination of these, you will now set the type of event you want to be included in your viewing. You would see that there are new selections added - Home, Away, and School Only Events.
a. Ticking School Only Events only will display school events.
b. The Home and Away settings/selections can be ticked together with Conference, Non-Conference, or both. Home will pull out events that have your school as the home or host. Away will display events, which your school is part of, that are hosted by other schools. So you can have these combinations - Conference Home, Conference Away, Conference Home and Away, same with Non-Conference. You can also have both Conference and Non-Conference Home, and so on.
Tip: To select more than one Activity, Location, Event Type, Level or School, hold down the Control or Command Keys when selecting events. Holding down the shift key and clicking events will select a range of events.
6. Choose a Time Period by ticking on the date range you would like to view.
7. Click << Back to return to the previous page.
8. Click Show Activity Report to generate the report.
9. Click Show Transportation Report to generate a report with more detailed transportation information. This will include the Dismissal and Return time of the bus.
Clicking Show Activity Report/Show Transportation Report, a new window will pop up with the generated report. The generated report can be printed and sent as an email. For steps on printing or sending the report, see Calendar - Public View > Viewing Schedules.
To include events that have not yet been published for public viewing, use the Go to advanced view button in the Admin area. It is located at the upper right side of the Control Panel page, and also in the School Only Events, Non-Conference, and Conference pages.
Clicking Go to advanced view will open the School Calendar - Advanced View. You will find an additional option in the Choose a Time Period field which is Include events not yet published too. Ticking this said option will include the events in the report that are not yet published
