If the Add the  'Show by Type'  dropdown menu on Public Site is checked off on Categories: Add/Edit page in the Admin area, the View by Type dropdown menu will be displayed on the School Calendar (see Other Features > Miscellaneous - Public View > Calendar Categories Queue).

1. The View by Type: dropdown menu contains all categories, which were included for Public View.

2. When a category is selected, the View Schedules: box will only be showing activities belonging to this category .
