There are times that you will encounter some conflict messages when saving your events. Don’t fret. Please see the following as a guide on how to solve when you encounter some conflict messages.
Conflict within Activity Scheduler : this is the message you will get if the activity you are trying to book conflicts with another activity entered from Activity Scheduler in using a location. If you are using a Facilities Scheduler, you are allowed to Save with Conflicts.
Choose Save with Conflicts to save with conflict.
Choose Make Changes to the Event you are now editing if you do not want to book with conflict.
There is a conflict with Facilities Scheduling - this is the conflict message you will get if the activity you entered from Activity Scheduler conflicts with an activity entered from Facilities Scheduler; or, if the building/location is closed in Facilities Scheduler. You will only encounter this message if you are also using Facilities Scheduler. If you get this message, you need to edit and resolve the conflict before you can save the activity (change time/date/location, or you can simply not choose location yet); or, you can contact the Facilities Scheduler to make adjustments to his/her events so you can save yours.
