1. Check off the corresponding Delete box of the event you want to remove.
2. Then, click on Delete checked. This will automatically delete the event.
NOTE: You also have the option to cancel or postpone the event. In this case, your event will still show in your calendar as 'cancelled' or 'postponed' accordingly. It is useful when you need your students, teachers, and others to know an event you had already posted has been Cancelled, Postponed or both.
1. Edit the event to be cancelled or postponed. By clicking Edit, you will be redirected to the page where you can change the event's information.
2. You will find Cancel Event and Postpone on the left side of the screen, below the Location box. Please tick the corresponding box of the action you want to take. You can tick Cancel Event or Postpone only, or you can tick both.
3. Click Save to save the changes.
4. After saving the changes, you will be asked if you want to send email notifications regarding the changes.
a. You can set who will be the recipients of the email notification. Check off the persons you wish to receive the notification.
b. To disable the Notify Me for this event, uncheck the Send to 'Notify Me' recipients. Or, click on View/Edit to edit the recipients listed in Notify Me. A window will pop up where you can check off those persons you want to exclude from receiving the notifcations.
c. Click Send Notification to send the notification.
d. Click Don't Send Notification if you don't want to send the notification.
