To create a non-conference schedule, click on the Edit next to the Non-Conference button. You will be redirected to the Non-Conference page.

1. On Schedules tab, click on the Create a New Schedule to start creating a new non-conference schedule.

2. Fill out the fields on Create a Non-Conference Schedule page.

a. Choose a Season to assign your Events to.

b. Select the Activity for this schedule.

NOTE: If the activity or level you are looking for does not appear in the dropdown menu, it means that you need to add this new activity or level. You will need to ask the executive secretary or our support team to do this.

c. Choose the Gender.

IMPORTANT: Choose Boys or Girls ONLY if you have two separate teams for that sport. For example Basketball Boys and Basketball Girls. Any other sport where you have just one team does not need to be gender-specific, either because it's an only boys or only girls sport or because both boys and girls play together. Examples would be Football or Wrestling. This is where you choose N/A instead of Boys or Girls.

d. Set the Level of the participating contestants.

e. To use this schedule for Conference and Non-Conference events, tick the box next to I am using this Schedule for both my Conference and Non-Conference Activities. You can also enter your Conference events using this schedule

f. Choose whether to record editing history for this season, either before publishing, after publishing, or both. The most common (and thus the default setting) is Record Edit History After Publishing.

NOTE: You can uncheck them both and not record any edit history.

g. < < Back :< b=""> You will be returned to the previous page without saving the information.<>

h. Save & Exit: Click here to save your entry and return to the previous page. This will leave an empty worksheet and you will need to select maximum number of events per year again when editing.

i. Save & Continue: Click here to save your entry and continue scheduling the season.

Note: After clicking on any of the saving options, a window will pop-up to inform you if the worksheet you?re starting to create already exists. As such, you can click on OK, and click Back< strong=""> (see 2g) to go to the previous page.
