To get started, edit one of the levels of a particular non-conference activity schedule.

You will see a new link called Show all Levels.  Clicking on it shows all your levels at once.

 

NOTE: Currently, the only levels that will show up are those that you have current schedules for. If, for instance, you have created Basketball Boys Varsity and JV, and do not have a 9th Grade Schedule yet, Varsity and JV are the only levels that will show up, since your function here is to add a new to existing schedules.

1. Fill out the different fields �' Date, Event Type, Home/Host, Location, Location Detail, Time, Comments, Add Bus Time -- with the appropriate information.

 

NOTE: Location Detail shows a list of all the locations you have built in the “School Only” part of the Activity Scheduler.  It is designed to let you list Austin High School as the location and then specify “Main Gym” or “Softball Field #2” as the detail so the public can get to the exact right place for the event.  Now, to the public, the location shows as “Austin High School-Main Gym.”

 

2. For opponent, click the link beside Away.

3. Click on the Fill Down icon (inverted triangle) to copy the entry of the first field to the rest of the fields in other levels.

4. Then, save.
