The Conference Scheduler was built with speed and efficiency in mind. You can TAB from field to field and by clicking on the first letter of the listing you want, you can select your choice of Activity, Home/Host, Away School, and Location. If there are multiple listings that begin with that letter, repeatedly typing that key will run through the listings that start with that letter. With a little practice, you can enter events and Seasons very quickly.
To schedule a conference season, click on the Edit of Conference button to enter the Conference page.
1. Click on Create a New Schedule to set up a new conference schedule for a game/event.
2. Choose a Season to assign your event to. This allows you to work on multiple years of the same Season at one time.
3. Select the Activity from the dropdown menu. (If your activity is not listed, please contact your Administrator.)
4. Choose the Gender.
IMPORTANT: Choose Boys or Girls ONLY if you have two separate teams for that sport. For example Basketball Boys and Basketball Girls. Any other sport where you have just one team does not need to be gender-specific, either because it's an only boys or only girls sport or because both boys and girls play together. Examples would be Football or Wrestling. This is where you choose N/A instead of Boys or Girls.
5. Set the Level.
6. Set who can view and access the events you add in this schedule on the admin side.
The Whole Conference: The events you added in this schedule will appear in the Admin area on all the schools in the conference.
My School Only: The events of this schedule will only appear in the Admin area of the competing schools.
