You can only delete a season if you are the �owner' (see Calendar - Conference Events > Schedule Conference Seasons > Contact - Season Owner) or if the season owner gives you permission to edit events.
Click on Edit right beside the season which owns the event(s) you want to delete. You will be redirected to the page containing list of the events of the season.
There are 2 ways of deleting an event in a season.
1. a. Tick the corresponding Delete box of boxes of the event(s) you want to remove.
b. Click Delete Selected.
2. c. Or, click on one of the Edit All. A new window will pop up.
d. To change the date on display, select a new date from the Dates in this season dropdown menu. The new selected date will then appear on the Date field.
e. Click on the Delete this date to remove the selected event - the date appearing on Date field.
3. Click <<="" b="">to close the window.
4. After saving the changes, you will be asked if you want to send email notifications (see Calendar - School Only Events > Schedule School-Only Events > Delete event)
NOTE: Remember you can always use Reschedule/Cancel function if you want the changes you made be shown on your calendar and on public calendar, if the schedule is published. (see Other Features>Reschedule)
