This feature in the Activity Scheduler will automatically send email reminders of upcoming games to opposing Administrators, Officials (who have email addresses on file), and also Game Workers (who have email addresses on file) who are scheduled to be part of those games.
Click on Set-Up button to set up the email reminder.
Under Other Set-Ups, click on the Edit of Set-Up Email Reminder Notices.
This feature lets you set up customized email reminder messages separately for administrators, for officials, and for game workers. You can set how long before the event the email goes out, and also what time of day the email gets sent out to these folks.
Step 1: Check off the people you want to send the email reminder.
Step 2: Set how many day(s) before the date of event the email reminder would be sent. You can also opt for Do not send.
Step 3: Set at what particular time of the day will the reminder be sent.
Step 4: Fill out the box with appropriate messages.
