This is a one-time set up for your school so that the program can place the correct information into the contracts for you. 

 

Click on Edit of Contracts Set-Up Info under Other Set-Ups. A new window will open.

 

Fill out the necessary fields on the new window.

 

1. The fields Address, City, State, and Zip contain the same data with

School General Information area (see Other Set-Ups > Add School General Information for Rosters). Any changes in these fields influence the School General Info data.

 

2. Required information needed for game contracts are name, title, and email address, pin number.

 

3. If the Phone and Fax fields are not filled out, this information will be prefilled with the School General Info's, but you can enter your own data any time.

 

4. Click the Browse button to upload the graphic of your signature (optional).

 

5. Click Save & Exit to save your entry. Or, click Exit to close the window without saving.
