Coaches View Quick Start Guide

Coaches can now access the Activity Scheduler Web Program and the Activity Scheduler Mobile Application using their email addresses and passwords. On both platforms, they can quickly enter Scores for their teams and update their Profile Information.

Adding a School Only Event

To create a School Only event (practices, meetings, etc.), click the Edit Button next to School Only, in the Calendar section of the main menu.

You can use the Event Sorting Tool (A) to search for an existing event, add a Single Event (B), or a Recurring Event (C).

Add an Event

To add a Single Event, choose the Activity (A), set a Date (B), and a Time Frame (C). You can also add a Bus time (D). Choose the Location (E) where this event is taking place. You can also add information for the Custodian/Maintenance Staff (F), including Set-up and Teardown Time, Number of Attendees, and Set-Up Notes. If needed, add Public Comments (G )and assign a Contact Name for this event. Make sure to check off Record Edit History After Publishing (H) to keep track of the event editing history. Click Save & Exit.

The event will now show on the Activities Events list.

Add Event - Recurring Events

To add Recurring Events, choose the Activity(A), set Time (B), and a Location (C). Select the dates from the Calendar and click on Add (D). You can also add information for Custodian/Maintenance, including Set-up and Teardown Time, Number of Attendees, and Set-up Notes. You can enter Public Comments (E) and assign a Contact Name for this event. Make sure to tick on Record Edit History After Publishing (F) to keep track of the event editing history. Click Save & Exit (G).

Entering Scores

To enter Scores using the Activity Scheduler web program:
1. Click on the 'Edit' button for Scores and Standing.
2. Tap the 'Edit' button for the Activity.
3. On the Score/Standing module, enter the scores in the 'Score' column, and then click Save.

Editing Profile Information
Administrators provide access to coaches from the Coaches Directory in the Activity Scheduler (AS) Web program. The coach receives his/her credentials via email.

Once logged in, the Profile Information (including the password) can be edited from the My Profile tab.


Downloading AS Mobile App

Android users can download the AS Mobile App using this link:

Note: Coaches can only view the information of their assigned teams. ADs can see all the teams.

Single Sign-On
Single Sign-On (SSO) allows you to log in to any of your rSchool programs without having to switch between them.

How does it work? 
After going through a one-time set-up and logging into any rSchool program, click on the icon in the top right corner of the screen and select the rSchool program you want to access.  

Setting-up your SSO Account (one-time process) 
1. Log into any of your rSchoolToday Programs.
2. Click on the icon in the upper right corner of the control panel and click on register. 

3. Enter your Email Address and Password, then click on Set Up. 

4. Finally, click on Add this to my SSO account.

5. Repeat these steps for each of your rSchool programs to add them to your SSO account.  
Note: You must have a previously set username and password for each rSchoolToday program that you want to include in the SSO.
