Let's get started!

On the Class Registration you will find two tabs:

    Community Education

View My Account

Community Education
Here, you will find all Items grouped by Programs, Categories, and Subcategories. To Register or Enroll, select a Program, a Category, and then a Subcategory. Finally, click the Item Name to view the information.

How to Register
Start by selecting a Program, Category, and Subcategory. Then, click the checkbox of the corresponding Item under the 'Select column' and press 'Add to Cart'.

After an item has been added to the cart, the screen will display all its information, and you will be able to add any notes. If you want to remove any item from the cart, check off its respective 'Delete' box and click 'Update Cart.' Click on 'Back to Catalog' if you want to continue shopping or 'Check Out' when you are done.

Once you click the 'Check Out' button, you have to login into your Account to continue with the Registration process. If you do not have an account yet, click on Create New Account and fill in the Participant Information requested. Once completed, hit Save & Continue to go to the next screen. Please note that '*' indicates required information.

Creating a New Account
Click on the ‘Create New Account’ button, and follow these steps:
Step 1 – Add Student/Participant Information
Here, you need to provide the Participant’s general information. You may also include other information such as additional phone numbers, special needs, pickup persons (other than parents), etc.  A red asterisk '
*' denotes a required field.

Proceed by clicking ‘Save & Continue’.

Step 2 – Payer Information
This is where you will provide the Payer's information.  If the Participant is also the Payer, select the appropriate option to prefill the information added on screen 1. You will also need to create the Username and Password to log into your Account. Click 'Continue' once done.

Step 3 – Verify Students/Participants & Quantity

Once you land on this screen, the system has already created your Account, and the next step is to assign the Participant(s) to the Courses/Classes selected. To do so, click on the 'Select Participant' link and choose the name from the list displayed. Then, click on Check out, and you are done!

Step 4 – Confirm that Information is Correct
The system will request you to confirm that the selected Items are correct, and to provide your Credit Card information to make a payment.

Note: If you want to store the Credit Card information in your Account, select the option 'Securely Store this Information for Future Payments.' Once done, click 'Submit Payment'.

When you finish this process, you will receive an Email Notification with your Purchase/Registration details, and you will also be able to view your receipt.

  View My Account

If you already have a Username and Password, go to 'View My Account' and enter your credentials to log into your Family Account.

After logging in, you will have access to ‘Reservation History,' 'Payment History,' and 'Account Members Info.'

In the Reservation History, you will find all the Class Registrations made. Use the available filters to view ALL of them or choose any date range or period.

The Payment History shows all your financial transactions, and this is where you make your payments. Here, you may also view, email, or print Invoices and Receipts and Generate Statement Reports.

The ‘Account Members Info’ lists all the persons' (Student, Payer, and Guardian) information associated with your Account, and the stored Credit Card information. You may limit or share your financial elements, i.e., Payment History, Credit Cards, and Credits on Account, within the members of your Account.
