Registering your Coach to access the
Coaches Certification Platform August 2022
The Rhode Island Interscholastic League (RIIL) opened the “Coaches Certification” Platform for Coaches to compile their completed Certificates, add dates, upload files, and complete the Rules Compliance Form online. The Athletic Directors must register them in the Directory and create their password so they can log in to the site. This guide will show the Athletic Directors how to register their Coaches in the Activities Scheduler database.
To get started, log in as the Athletic Director in the Activity Scheduler and go to Coaches:
You can also add the Coach in the Coaches Directory tab:
Both options redirect you to the same “Add New Coach” page. Fill in your Coach’s information, then set a password.
After clicking the Save Listing button, the system displays a pop-up window asking you to send the email notification:

After registering your Coaches into the system, they may log in to the Coaches Certification site (https://riilcoachescertification.rschooltoday.com), begin compiling their Certificates, and completing the Rules Compliance Form:
