Integrating the Activity Scheduler with the rSchoolToday Facilities Scheduler.

Note: These comments will only apply if your school district has also purchased the rSchoolToday Facilities Scheduler.

Important note: When setting the Estimated length of time for Activities, this video mentions setting times according to the longest of your activities.  CHANGE: Wewant you to set your times a bit shy of your average amount of time for activities.  For instance if JV Baseball game typically take 1 hr 30 min., we are now asking you to se these for 1:30 or even 1:15 in this Set-up screen.  Why?  If you set it more generously as mentioned in the video (if you set it at 1:45 for instance), then you get conflicts with your own games if JV starts at 5pm and Varsity starts at 6:30.  Better to say the games take 1:15 so you get no conflicts.  The reality is, that no one who sees 2 games that afternoon will try to book something in the 15 min. gap between games, so it is better to not let these overlap and cause conflicts.  If you do, you can always save with conflicts anyway, but it is just faster not to have to click through these warnings.
