Installation and Setup
1. Download your Mobile Pro app by searching the name of your school from the Apple App Store and installing it.
2. After installing, launch/open the app. The Welcome Screen shows your School color and logo.
Public View
The Public View shows the Main Menu that highlights the School's Upcoming Events carousel. The design ensures the Public Users quick and straightforward access to different functions with its new arrangement of the menu icons.
Note: The information displayed in the Public View area depends on the client type - Activity Scheduler only, SportsHub only, or both.
The menus shown in the Sliding Menu are based on how they were set-up/customized in the Administrative View and will also correspond the menus on the Side Menu.
Calendar Icon – This allows you to view your School’s Schedules.
View Schedules – By Date:
View Schedules – By Activity:
View Schedules – By Type (Categories):
In View Schedules by Activity, users can bookmark the schedules of activities they have searched for.
Users can also export schedules to their Local Calendar.
My Teams Icon – allows you to view and manage the information of your selected School Teams, including Rosters, Scores, and Schedules.
Once the selected Teams are saved, the application displays all the events by default.
Here is an example of the selected event details:
To view the Rosters of the selected Team, go back to the events screen and tap ROSTER:
Tap SCORES to view its Scores:
Note: The Rosters and Scores are only displayed when published on the Administrative side.
Rosters Icon – It gives you access to your selected Team Rosters.
Students in the Roster can be viewed according to their names or jersey numbers.
Scores Icon – This icon allows you to view your Selected Team Scores, which you can share on your social media accounts (Facebook or Twitter).
To share Scores on social media (Facebook or Twitter):
Messenger Icon – If the school has the Mobile Pro Plus version and the Message Center has been added to the sliding menu settings on the admin side, the public (parents and students) will be able to use the new advanced Message Center.
